Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a logistics coordinator to provide end-to-end support for transportation and warehousing operations. You will coordinate the full order cycle, liaise with internal departments and external vendors, and ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries across daily routes.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics or related fields, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a STPM, Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, transportation or warehouse operations; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in lorry scheduling, delivery coordination and transport documentation is preferred.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good coordination, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Interact, liaise and manage relationship with other operating departments, external vendors, government and regulatory bodies to ensure high service to customers.
• Plan and coordinate daily lorry arrangements, loading, trips and deliveries.
• Check drivers’ claims, transport charges and maintenance records.
• Maintain transportation records, reports and filing.
• Assist in preparing monthly transportation reports.
