Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage bookings from vendors, notify customers, and coordinate with carriers and NVOs. You will ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates in the Starlink OS system.

The role requires handling ISF/AMS/ENS, FCRs, and HBL releases, while keeping CW inputs current and communicating efficiently with vendors. Based in Malaysia, this position emphasizes reliability and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Starlink OS and carrier documents.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive bookings from vendors and notify customers by email.
• Approve bookings and coordinate with carriers.
• Process and release booking info to vendors and NVOs.
• Submit shipping docs (ISF, SI, AMS/ENS) per SOP.
• Track shipments and update key milestones in Starlink.
• Prepare and issue FCRs to vendors.
• Maintain CW input and update statuses promptly.
• Send pre-alerts and release HBL to vendors.
