Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM data, forecasting weekly/monthly figures, and addressing customer roadblocks. The role offers a 5-day work week and the possibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity
• Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas
• Experience with high-volume calling and learning new technologies

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate value of products/services through customer engagement
• Sell and renew contracts, manage outbound communications
• Maintain CRM data and provide accurate forecasts
• Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks to satisfaction
• Report to Sales Manager and collaborate with team
