Job summary

The Branding People is a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You will turn data and creative strategy into high-performance campaigns that capture attention and deliver measurable impact.

You will collaborate with creative and copy teams, test new platforms, and optimize campaigns to meet aggressive KPIs while maintaining brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR.
• Ability to set up and interpret tracking via GA4 and pixels.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, analyze, and scale high-volume performance campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other sources.
• Drive improvements in ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates through data analysis and optimization.
• Manage substantial campaign budgets, optimize bids, targeting, and creative direction for ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate high-converting ad concepts and angles.
• Identify and test emerging ad platforms, tracking tools, and industry trends.
• Monitor campaign health and budgets to meet timelines and KPIs.
