• A hands-on individual contributor who enjoys the day-to-day tactical execution of ad platforms rather than purely high-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end campaign setups across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring flawless launch velocity and tracking across all international segments.
• Monitor daily performance and budget pacing to hit CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets while proactively reallocating spend based on real-time data.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to run structured A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to measurably improve conversion rates.
