• Proven hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms.

• Proficiency in GTM/GA4 tracking implementations and data flow troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ideate and craft creative strategies and copy tailored to target audiences.
• Optimize targeting, creatives, bidding, and landing pages to hit CPL, CPA, and ROI targets.
• Plan and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Serve as the technical Go-To person for mar-tech, tracking, and data quality.
