Job summary

Trident Digital in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to own Meta campaigns end-to-end from strategy to scaling. This role combines leadership of a small ads team with direct collaboration with the founder, and features a remote setup alongside occasional on-site expectations.

You will brief creatives, optimize funnels, and protect budgets by flagging landing page and tracking issues. The position offers salary and performance bonus, with WFH options and a strong path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience owning Meta campaigns end to end.
• Ability to define strategy, structure, launch, optimization and scaling.
• Strong analytical ability to explain performance and testing rationale.
• Ability to brief creatives with clear guidance.
• Comfort with remote work and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta campaigns end to end: strategy, structure, launch, optimisation and scaling.
• Make the performance calls: what to turn off, what to scale, what to test next, and explain why
• Direct creative: give the copywriter and creative team briefs so clear they can execute without a second meeting
• Protect the funnel: catch landing page and tracking issues before they waste budget
• Keep clients in the loop: your analysis and recommendations go to clients through our ops team, so clients always know what’s happening and why
• Run the weekly ads huddle and keep every account’s status honest
