Job summary

Confidential is building a global card issuance business from the ground up. You will own partnerships with card issuers and networks, drive launches across regions, and coordinate with product, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure successful rollouts.

You will manage ongoing relationships with ecosystem partners and optimize performance, while pitching exclusive benefits to major merchants. This is a founding-member role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in card, payments, or fintech with direct issuer exposure.
• Owned a card program from ideation to post-launch.
• Deep understanding of card networks, BIN sponsorship, and regional rules.
• Experience with bank-issued or fintech card issuance or asset-linked cards.
• Strong project ownership, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and drive execution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in boardroom and detail work.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy for global card launches, identifying issuers and BIN sponsors by region.
• Lead commercial negotiations with issuers, processors, and networks across product and regulatory fit.
• Act as program owner from market scoping to go-live and post-launch optimization.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to keep launches on track.
• Manage relationships with card issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, and card schemes.
• Monitor KPIs and lead partner reviews to drive cost efficiency and improvements.
• Pitch to large merchants to build exclusive cardholder benefits and lifestyle offers.
