Antares Management Services is seeking an experienced business development leader to drive global market expansion for a B2B virtual card business. You will report to HQ and lead growth across international markets, acquiring enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.

The role requires 8+ years in fintech/payments, 3+ years in leadership, and strong data-driven capabilities to grow TPV and revenue across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in fintech, payments, virtual cards, cross-border payments or related financial services.
• At least 3 years in a Business Head, Regional Head, Growth Lead, Business Development Lead or similar leadership position.
• Strong experience in B2B customer acquisition, channel development, strategic partnerships and transaction-led growth.
• Good understanding of virtual cards, corporate cards, issuing, BINs, payment channels, settlement, costs and foreign exchange.
• Experience expanding businesses across international markets is strongly preferred.
• Existing customer or channel networks within digital advertising, cross-border e-commerce, gaming, AI/SaaS or online services would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial negotiation, key account management and business leadership capabilities.
• Data-driven and comfortable managing TPV, revenue, customer growth, activation, retention and gross margin metrics.
• Fluent working proficiency in English; Professional proficiency in Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global business growth strategies across target markets, industries and customer segments.
• Acquire enterprise clients, channel partners, distributors, agents and strategic accounts.
• Build partnerships with advertising agencies, cross-border service providers, e-commerce providers, SaaS platforms and payment companies.
• Expand the business within digital advertising, cross-border e-commerce, gaming, AI/SaaS and online services.
• Drive TPV, active customers, card activation, customer retention, revenue and gross margin.
• Develop pricing strategies, revenue-sharing models and commercial incentives.
• Monitor market trends and competitors across virtual cards, enterprise payments and cross-border payments.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance and business teams across China, Kuala Lumpur and the United States.
• Provide regular business and performance updates to senior management.
