Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager to nurture and expand our network of affiliates, KOLs, and trading communities across global markets. The role emphasizes retention, revenue growth, and risk awareness rather than cold acquisition.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to design joint campaigns, monitor performance, and address commission disputes, ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic while strengthening strategic

Qualifications

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, or related financial industries.
• Familiar with affiliate ecosystems and rebate mechanisms.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, KAM or B2B partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
• Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
• Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes and operational escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
• Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates
• Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve ecosystem efficiency
• Identify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage, multi-accounting or non-compliant traffic sources
• Maintain market awareness of competitor affiliate programs and industry trends
• Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development
