Job summary

Strattonshire Ventures in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our global affiliate programme. You will build strategic partnerships, recruit high-quality affiliates, and optimise campaigns across CPL, CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share models.

You will manage affiliate onboarding, provide tracking assets, and run regular performance reviews to drive revenue. The role demands strong analytics, negotiation, and English communication skills, with exposure to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.
• Experience with key tracking platforms (Everflow, Tracknow, CJ Affiliate).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global affiliate programme; develop strategic partnerships.
• Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners; manage calendars.
• Negotiate commission structures (CPL, CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share).
• Monitor performance; optimise offers, landing pages, and funnels.
• Oversee tracking setup, postbacks, UTMs, and attribution.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
