Job summary

Binance invites a dedicated professional to join its affiliate team to manage an expanding network of affiliates worldwide. The role focuses on collaborating with prominent KOLs and liaising with internal departments to provide assets and tools to attract more users.

Strong analytical, marketing or PR background and excellent communication are required for internal and external interactions. The candidate will work with in-house tools, learn quickly, and partner with developers to improve

Qualifications

• Experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably fintech/crypto
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Growing affiliate network: outreach to YouTubers, media, influencers; onboarding and paperwork as needed
• Managing key accounts: regular communications, performance analysis, strategic recommendations
• Creating and executing promotional campaigns with focus on ROI
• Building reports using internal data; optimizing affiliate channel performance
• Monitoring competitor space and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Fraud detection and identifying new scam schemes by partners
