Job summary

BingX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with Affiliates and KOLs. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and design campaigns to boost trading activity across global markets.

You will join a fast-moving Web3/fintech environment, collaborating with an international team to expand BingX's presence while delivering value to our partners and users.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects
• Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Affiliates or KOLs
• Support Affiliates or KOLs and design special campaigns to increase their trading volume
• Build partnerships with Affiliates or KOLs and promote cooperation with each other
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing Affiliates or KOLs
