Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FMCG retail clients.
Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Support onboarding and implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Monitor account performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Address and resolve client concerns proactively and effectively.
