Job summary

PS Global Consulting is seeking an ERP Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and qualification for the Malaysia market. You will prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels, building a robust pipeline to support the sales team.

You should be fluent in Cantonese and English, with 1–2 years in sales or lead generation, and able to work remotely from Malaysia on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Cantonese and English proficiency is required.
• 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Full-time availability and ability to work remotely from Malaysia.
• Knowledge of ERP, business management software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights relevant to the Hong Kong market.
• Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales.
