Job summary

PS Global Consulting in Malaysia is seeking a remote Sales Development professional to research and prospect target accounts across channels, qualify leads with BANT, and build a robust pipeline to support the sales team.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, schedule discovery calls and demos for Sales Managers, and keep CRM records up to date. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Cantonese and English, self-motivated, and capable of working independently from home.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Cantonese and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Cantonese and English.
• Full-time availability and ability to work remotely from Malaysia.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
• Previous experience supporting the Hong Kong market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prospect target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar framework).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights relevant to the Hong Kong market.
• Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales
