Job summary

Qualifications

• Local candidates in Malaysia preferred; familiarity with the local education industry and market environment.
• Proven experience in education resources, franchise partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Strong network and relationships within the education sector and relevant channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion and partnership development in Malaysia, formulating and executing local market strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, partners, and channels to expand collaboration resources.
• Negotiate, sign, and manage franchise partnerships, driving brand growth and presence in the local market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities within the Malaysian education sector.
• Coordinate internal resources to support marketing and business execution, ensuring achievement of business targets.
• Work primarily from home, with approximately one on-campus meeting per week; visit clients at their locations as needed.
