Job summary

Eluma Education in Malaysia is expanding and seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth by owning employer- and learner-facing sales end-to-end, building a qualified pipeline, and running consultative B2B and B2B2C outreach with solid CRM discipline across several launches.

You will forge partnerships with childcare centres, kindergartens, and corporates, manage direct enrolment, apply local funding schemes, and support market launches while ensuring licensing and accreditation compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or Education.
• 3-5+ years B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Experience building a sales function or entering a new market is desirable.
• International sales exposure is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• B2B partnership development with childcare centres, kindergartens, aged-care operators and corporates.
• Direct enrolment sales: manage enquiries from contact to registration.
• Apply local funding schemes, grants, and subsidies to improve conversion.
• Support new market launches with pricing, intelligence and compliance checks.
• Represent the brand at industry events and generate leads with Marketing.
• Establish CRM and sales processes; track sources and forecasts.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions and centre teams to align delivery.
• Operate with minimal supervision and provide data-driven recommendations.
