Eluma Education in Malaysia is expanding and seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth by owning employer- and learner-facing sales end-to-end, building a qualified pipeline, and running consultative B2B and B2B2C outreach with solid CRM discipline across several launches.
You will forge partnerships with childcare centres, kindergartens, and corporates, manage direct enrolment, apply local funding schemes, and support market launches while ensuring licensing and accreditation compliance.
Eluma Education offers training programmes in the space of care; including early years, adult care, special education needs and is the first and only learning centre that offers NCFE CACHE programmes in Malaysia. We are growing fast, with several new education products launching in Malaysia and Malta. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can turn that growth into enrolled learners. You will own the employer- and learner-facing sales motion end-to-end: building qualified pipeline, running consultative B2B and B2B2C outreach, and maintaining the CRM discipline needed to manage multiple concurrent launches.
B2B Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnerships with childcare centres, kindergartens, aged-care operators, healthcare providers and corporates. Build target-account pipelines and negotiate partnership or referral agreements.
Direct Enrolment Sales: Manage prospective learner enquiries from initial contact through registration, provide accurate programme, and maintain a strong CRM lead pipeline without losing or duplicating leads.
Funding & Subsidies: Apply market-specific knowledge of local funding schemes, grants, and subsidies — such as HRD Corp in Malaysia or Malta Enterprise schemes — to strengthen sales positioning and improve conversion.
New Market Launches: Support new market launches by building the market pipeline, researching competitors and operators, providing pricing and market intelligence, and ensuring programmes are only marketed when licensing and accreditation requirements are met.
Brand & Market Development: Represent the organisation at industry events and work with Marketing and Communications to generate leads, develop social proof and strengthen market awareness.
Sales & Pipeline Management: Establish the CRM and sales process from the ground up, track lead sources, conversion rates and sales cycles, and provide accurate market-specific forecasts and reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic, admissions, marketing and centre teams to ensure accurate programme information, effective cohort planning and alignment between what is sold and what can be delivered.
Strategic & Independent Working: Operate with minimal supervision, provide data-driven recommendations, identify market risks and escalating issues relating to accreditation, licensing, funding or delivery.
