Job summary

TREE ART in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager (Franchise) to drive market expansion and build franchise partnerships with schools and educational institutions. You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and lead local strategies to grow the brand presence.

You will coordinate with marketing and operations, manage relationships across the education sector, and execute on partnerships with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Local candidates in Malaysia preferred; familiarity with the local education industry and market environment.
• Proven experience in education resources, franchise partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Strong network and relationships within the education sector and relevant channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
