Qualifications

• Education: Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in Product, Sales, Marketing, BD or related field.
• Experience in developing, testing or launching new products, services or campaigns.
• Experience in managing team performance and achieving business targets.
• Ownership mindset and result-oriented.
• Proactive and willing to test new ideas.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Able to work independently and make decisions based on results.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
