The role requires proven experience in BPO recruitment, a strong grasp of the Malaysian talent market, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support, Tech Support, Back Office, etc.).
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
