Job summary

Cross Border Talents, a global recruitment partner, seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead our Malaysia and APAC operations from a fully remote setup. You will oversee distributed recruitment teams, manage client relationships, and drive high-volume hiring projects across international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Recruitment Managers or Team Leads in BPO recruitment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience handling high-volume and international recruitment projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on BPO and volume hiring projects
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients and roles
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and SLAs
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients
• Improve processes and workflows
• Support business growth and new project onboarding
