Cross Border Talents is a global recruitment agency specializing in multilingual and international hiring solutions. We are seeking a proactive BPO Recruiter based in Malaysia to support high-volume projects remotely.

You will manage full recruitment cycles for Customer Support, Tech Support, and Back Office roles, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and building a strong pipeline for our international clients. This is a fully remote role with exposure to diverse projects and a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian talent market.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume settings.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
