Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian talent market.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support, Tech Support, Back Office, etc.).
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
