Job summary

BD is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead distributor strategy across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role involves building country growth plans, driving top-line revenue, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure governance and execution.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Professional Services and Application/Technical teams to pitch solutions, develop business cases, and win new accounts in multi-country markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant commercial experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, hospital solutions or related industry
• At least 3 years in a managerial role or equivalent
• Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills; Southeast Asian language capability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead distributor strategy, onboarding, training and performance reviews across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam
• Identify and engage hospitals, healthcare networks and priority segments; drive top-of-funnel opportunities
• Deliver regional revenue growth, coordinate cross-country initiatives and manage multi-country stakeholders
