TRUSTYTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven sales and customer success professional to work from home in Malaysia, aligned with Singapore hours.

You will prospect, demo, and close accounts in the Southeast Asia market, focusing on small businesses using EasyBiz cloud software. You will configure customer setups, train users in English and Mandarin when needed, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Mandarin is a strong plus: many Singapore merchants are Chinese business owners who prefer Mandarin.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or SaaS customer success with small businesses.
• Able to explain complex things in plain language and troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell: generate leads, run demos via video, close deals with multi-outlet chains and online businesses.
• Setup: configure products, prices, outlets and receipts so customers are live quickly.
• Training: guide owners and staff via video, phone or in person in Mandarin or English.
• Daily support: manage tickets and messages, diagnose issues before escalation.
• Retention and growth: maintain active accounts and expand to new outlets and modules.
• Documentation: turn common questions into help centre articles and SOPs.
