Job summary

Translead Inc. in Malaysia seeks a founding member of the on-site sales team to drive early B2B deals for our SaaS platform. You will hunt, build a pipeline, and close while collaborating with the founding team to shape a rapid-growth footprint.

You will travel locally within Malaysia and to Singapore, must speak English and Mandarin, and thrive in a 100% on-site environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of proven sales or B2B business development experience.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Hunt & Close: drive new B2B business development in Malaysia & Singapore.
• Build the Pipeline: generate leads via exhibitions, referrals, and outbound activities.
• End-to-End Sales: identify pain points, pitch SaaS solutions, close deals.
• Grow the Account: collaborate with Customer Success for follow-ups and upsell initiatives.
