Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and system.
• Support B2B customers with orders, tracking, delivery issues, and after-sales service.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for order fulfilment.
• Update system records and prepare operational reports.
• Follow up with customers to ensure smooth service experience.
• Escalate issues and assist in improving workflow processes.
