Job summary

Eastern Harvest Foods (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator in Malaysia to handle order processing, inquiries, and documentation. You will liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment and maintain accurate records.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, good English communication, and a detail-oriented approach. Shift options include AM and PM, with night shift allowance as stated. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or equivalent is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administration is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Good customer service attitude with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Update and track sales orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments for order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, fax, and walk-ins.
• Support indoor sales activities and customer order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager and team.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
