Job summary

BEIXIA, an fast-growing e-commerce company operating across Malaysia, China and Vietnam, is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support our warehouse operations. You will handle orders, stock reception, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues, while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.

The role requires basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to work immediately. Prior warehouse or customer service experience is a plus, with English as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, customer service, or after-sales is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Cina & Malayu; English is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and after-sales requests.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve order and customer issues.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.
