Job summary

AMAZING SINO (KL) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to manage inquiries, coordinate logistics operations, resolve service issues and support daily team functions in a dynamic environment.

You will liaise with operations, warehouse and transport teams, monitor shipments, resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate records while leading the team and supporting management requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
• At least 1 year of team leading or supervisory experience.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Provide remote support from home during weekends on an occasional basis, subject to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and transportation teams on shipment and delivery matters.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies and escalated customer cases.
• Lead and support the Customer Service team in daily operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with immigration authorities and relevant parties on documentation and operational matters when required.
• Maintain accurate customer, shipment and related documentation records.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.
