Job summary

Visa Hunt is recruiting a senior leader to build and manage a high-performing client management team across Asia. You will drive onboarding speed, client reporting, service delivery and value realization for enterprise clients in a remote-first, global MNC environment.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Product to achieve revenue goals, manage escalations, and guide strategic client engagements while fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, with leadership in regional/global teams.
• Strong track record in enterprise B2B client relationships, preferably SaaS/HRTech.
• Experience managing home-based teams and navigating matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, mentor and develop a team of client managers supporting clients in Asia.
• Drive proactive client engagement to improve onboarding speed, reporting and service delivery.
• Establish success metrics, KPIs and reporting to measure performance and client satisfaction.
• Act as escalation point for the team and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Partner with Global Customer Care, Success, Sales, Operations, Onboarding and Product to drive renewals and Upsell opportunities.
