Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Venture Development Associate (English & Mandarin) to work directly with the Co-Founders on high-impact, strategic projects that drive our client’s global expansion. You will own projects end-to-end—from ideation to execution—within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires a consulting/strategy/venture background, strong analytics, and comfort with remote collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field; Master’s preferred.
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Experience at top-tier strategy consulting, venture building, banking or financial services.
Experience with e-commerce, D2C or consumer brands is advantageous.
Startup experience in a fast-growing international environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools; data viz knowledge.

Responsibilities

Independently set up, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across business functions.
Analyze existing processes, identify improvements, and develop implementation plans.
Conduct deep dives on performance; build dashboards and KPI tracking.
Prepare materials for board and investor meetings; support co-founders.
Assess acquisition opportunities in ingredients, delivery mechanisms, and supplements.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for alignment.
