Job summary

IDR in China is seeking a proactive Client Services Associate to act as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing end-to-end project execution while upholding quality and client satisfaction. You will build strong client relationships and support account growth across APAC.

You will collaborate with top consulting firms and global companies on high-impact research projects across industries, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, international environment and contributing to IDR's regional

Qualifications

1+ years of client services, account management, project management, consulting support, or related client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication, successful project delivery, and strategies to expand key accounts.
Lead end-to-end research projects from initiation to completion across multiple time zones.
Collaborate with internal operations to address project inquiries and ensure timely execution.
