Job summary

Alta is seeking a VP of Client Experience to lead the function at the heart of how clients experience the business. You will shape the entire client journey from awareness to onboarding, activation, conversion, ongoing engagement and retention.

You will work with Growth, Marketing and Deal teams to drive clarity, re-engagement and conversions, while building a high-performing Client Experience team across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Experience, Customer Success, Sales Operations or related function.
• Experience leading multi-market teams in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end client journey and sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Map customer journeys across channels to optimize experience and conversions.
• Capture and analyze data to identify gaps in onboarding, activation and retention.
• Lead the Client Experience and SalesOps teams across multiple markets.
• Communicate clearly with prospects and clients to drive clarity and conversions.
• Ensure deal terms and context are conveyed accurately to investors.
