Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced regional HR Operations leader to drive service delivery across Greater Asia. You will partner with HR COEs, regional leaders and external BPOs to ensure compliant, efficient processes and a high-performance culture.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with at least four days in the office, you will lead transformation programs, leverage Workday/ServiceNow, and mentor a team of HR service delivery managers to elevate employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, HR or related field.
• 10–15 years in HR operations or shared services with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading regional/multi-market teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience working with outsourced service delivery and BPO partners.
• GBS/shared services experience preferred.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR service delivery operations across multiple Greater Asia markets, ensuring core processes and regional/global standards alignment.
• Track and improve KPIs, SLAs, and service quality to enhance employee support and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization across regions.
• Manage BPO partnerships with governance, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, regional leaders, and external providers to meet evolving needs.
• Partner with HRIS, IT, Finance to leverage Workday, ServiceNow for better service delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performance team of HR service delivery managers.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit readiness; lead regional transformation programs.
