Job summary

Candidates should be capable of monitoring systems, meeting payment timelines, and handling queries or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of knowledge and experience in processing/transacting remittances like TT, MEPS, drafts.
• Conversant in SWIFT provisions, regulations and other guidelines governing remittances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• To verify and authorise remittance transactions within stipulated approved limits.
• Liaise with customers/branches/business units on discrepancies till resolution.
• Monitor system availability and ensure payment service timelines are met.
• Handle internal and external queries/feedback/complaints with timely resolution.
• Participate in UAT/projects as required.
