Job summary

OCBC Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced professional to manage the Remittance COE-Outgoing operations. You will oversee payment processing, compliance, SLA adherence, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate remittance processing for domestic and international transactions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, at least 3 years of process-management experience, and proven ability to implement lean improvement initiatives and monitor

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process management, operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Process and authorize domestic and international remittance transactions (Telegraphic Transfer/Velocity/Internet Banking) accurately and within timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end remittance processing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure payments comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and AML regulations; identify and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, IT, and customer service; manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor SLA adherence and present performance reports to senior management.
