Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Payments Processing role focused on remittance processing and authorization. You will oversee domestic and international transactions, ensure compliance with AML policies, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process control, system monitoring, and timely resolution of customer and payment-related issues, with opportunities for development and learning within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process management/ operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and authorize domestic and international remittance transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee end-to-end remittance processing and reconcile payment records.
• Ensure compliance with AML, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance, IT, finance and customers to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor SLAs and present performance reports to senior management.
