Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to manage the assigned SME portfolio and meet personal and business centre targets.

You will continuously cross-sell the bank’s products and services to meet customer needs and financial objectives, acquire new quality loan and deposit customers, and execute business plans while complying with regulations. Collaboration with product specialists in Trade, Forex and Cash Management Solutions will be required.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma is required.
• Basic banking know-how preferred.
• 2-5 years SME/Commercial lending & relationship management experience for Account Manager role; 3-5 years for Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
• Cross-sell the Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
• Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
• Execute business plans and strategies as set by the Bank.
• Comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

Requirement

Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager) / Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
