Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to manage an SME portfolio and drive business growth in line with bank targets.

You will cross-sell banking products, acquire new customers, and implement business plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with product specialists across Trade, Forex, and Cash Management Solutions.

Qualifications

• University Degree or Diploma required.
• Banking know-how and credit knowledge preferred.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years basic banking exposure.
• Minimum 2–3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (Account Manager).
• Minimum 3–5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (Senior Account Manager).

Responsibilities

• To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
• To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.
