Job summary

Alliance Bank is seeking an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to manage an SME portfolio in Subang Jaya and drive growth. You will cross-sell banking products, acquire new loan/deposit customers, and implement the bank's business plans while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Suitable candidates have a degree or diploma with banking knowledge, and 2–5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with basic banking know-how.

Qualifications

University degree or diploma required with basic banking know-how.
Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how.
Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager) / Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)

Responsibilities

Manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
Continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services to meet customer needs and achieve the Bank’s financial objectives.
Acquire new quality loan and deposit customers.
Execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
Collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities including Trade, Forex and Cash Management Solutions.
