ZOOMLION HEAVY INDUSTRY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is seeking aSales/Business Support professional in Penang to manage customer files, plan coverage, and identify opportunities. You will follow up orders, collect project data, and promote sales while analyzing market information.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong relationship skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Own transport and driving license are preferred; candidates from various states are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Enthusiast in building good relationships with people.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establishing, maintaining and updating customer files regularly.
• Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage.
• Spotting business opportunities, and following up with the orders.
• Collecting project information and promoting sales.
• Collecting and analyzing marketing information.
• Innovating and overseeing the sales process to attract new clients.
• Understands business requirements for both company and clients.
• Stay in tune with consumption trends to keep offerings relevant.
• Support financing and collection work.
