Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd seeks a Training Specialist to coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization. You will arrange schedules, venues, trainers, materials, and registrations to ensure smooth program delivery.

You will support onboarding and orientation for new employees, monitor learning plans, and gather feedback to improve development initiatives, while maintaining accurate training records and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People & Culture experience
• Exposure to multi-site or regional coverage is a plus
• Experience in start-up, retail, fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and align with central HR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, trainers, training materials, and participant registrations.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Ensure training activities follow established learning and development plans.
• Gather and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and learning histories.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and collect participant feedback.
• Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed per policies and regulatory requirements.
