Job summary

Carsome is seeking an HR professional to coordinate and administer training programs across the organization in Malaysia. You will arrange schedules, venues, trainers, materials, and registrations, and support onboarding for new employees.

You will ensure activities follow development plans, analyze gaps, maintain records, conduct post-training evaluations, and ensure mandatory trainings meet policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People & Culture experience with regional exposure.
• Experience in start-up, retail, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently on the ground with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Willingness to travel within the regional cluster and across Carsome branches.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong issue spotting and ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Self-starter with high initiative; able to work solo or in a team.
• Resilience, people-oriented and detail-focused.
• Adaptable to fast-paced expansion projects requiring agility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, trainers, training materials, and participant registrations.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Ensure training activities align with learning and development plans.
• Gather and analyze performance gaps to recommend learning solutions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and employee learning histories.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and collect participant feedback.
• Ensure mandatory training requirements are completed per company policies and regulatory requirements.
