Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization. You will arrange schedules, venues, trainers, materials, and participant registrations while supporting onboarding and orientation for new employees.

You will ensure training activities align with development plans, gather performance data to identify gaps, maintain training records, and conduct post-training evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR generalist, HRBP or People & Culture roles.
• Experience across multi-site or regional coverage.
• Experience in startup, retail, fast-paced environments.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel within regional cluster to Carsome branches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and team orientation.
• Resilient, detail-oriented and adaptable to growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, learning initiatives.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, trainers, materials, and registrations.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Ensure trainings align with learning and development plans.
• Gather and analyze performance gaps to inform learning solutions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and histories.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and collect feedback.
• Ensure mandatory trainings are completed per policies and regulatory requirements.
