Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in HR generalist/HRBP/People & Culture with startup or retail exposure, independence, travel within regional clusters, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People & Culture experience, ideally with multi-site or regional exposure.
• Experience in start-up, retail, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and align with central HR team.
• Willingness to travel within the regional cluster and across Carsome branches.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong issue escalation and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• High initiative, positive attitude, team player.
• Resilience, detail-oriented, and adaptable to rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, trainers, materials, and participant registrations.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Ensure all training activities follow established learning and development plans.
• Gather and analyze performance and competency gaps to recommend learning solutions.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certificates, and learning histories.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and collect participant feedback.
• Ensure mandatory training requirements meet policies and regulatory requirements.
