Job summary

JLL in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead first-stage recruiting for multiple roles across the region. You will source, engage and map passive candidates using traditional and innovative methods to build a strong pipeline.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with the TA team and business leaders, and help drive new site projects by ensuring the right people are in place to meet client ambitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search (min 4 years).
• End-to-end recruitment process experience and ability to manage requisitions from creation to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead first stage recruiting across Malaysia using traditional and creative sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding.
• Source passive talent via searches, cold calling, personal networking and social media.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team and business line leaders to understand requirements.
• Support new business projects and ensure sites have the right people to meet client ambitions.
