Job summary

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with line leaders and the broader TA team, and drive velocity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires at least 4 years in talent acquisition or executive search, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead searches for passive talent through sourcing, cold calls, networking and social media.
• Develop candidate market intelligence reports and talent mapping.
• Support the TA team with metrics and process optimization.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with business line leaders to understand requirements and expectations.
